Return & Refund Policy

At Atlas Labs, we are committed to providing high-quality research materials supported by batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COAs). Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

No Returns Accepted

Due to the nature of our products and the inability to verify post-delivery handling, storage conditions, or potential vial tampering, all sales are final once an order has been delivered.

For quality assurance and safety reasons, Atlas Labs does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have been delivered to the customer.

Atlas Labs stands behind the quality of its products and offers a 100% Cash Back Guarantee on product purity.

If a customer obtains independent third-party analytical testing from a reputable laboratory and the results demonstrate that the product purity is below:

  • 98% purity; or

  • The purity value stated on the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis provided by Atlas Labs,

the customer may be eligible for a full refund.

Refund Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, the customer must provide:

  1. Proof of purchase from Atlas Labs.

  2. The batch number associated with the product.

  3. A copy of the independent third-party laboratory report.

  4. Documentation sufficient to verify that the tested sample corresponds to the original Atlas Labs product and batch.

Atlas Labs reserves the right to review all submitted documentation and verify the authenticity of the analytical results before issuing a refund.

Refund Amount

If the claim is approved, Atlas Labs will issue a refund equal to:

  • 100% of the product purchase price;

  • 100% of applicable sales tax; and

  • 100% of the original shipping cost paid by the customer.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
