Due to the nature of research materials and the inability to verify post-delivery handling, storage conditions, or potential vial tampering, Atlas Labs does not accept returns of delivered products.

Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy.

Purity Guarantee

Atlas Labs stands behind the quality of its products.

If independent third-party analytical testing demonstrates that a product's purity is below:

  • 98%; or

  • The purity value listed on the applicable Atlas Labs Certificate of Analysis,

the customer may be eligible for a full refund of:

  • Product purchase price

  • Original shipping costs

  • Applicable sales tax

All claims are subject to review and verification by Atlas Labs.

Intellectual Property
