Atlas Labs strives to process all orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Atlas Labs ships exclusively within approved service areas and jurisdictions.
Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.
Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other approved carriers.
Delivery Estimates
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Atlas Labs is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted during checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, customers should contact Atlas Labs promptly at:
Atlas Labs will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue; however, final determinations regarding carrier liability are made by the carrier.
Restricted Locations
Atlas Labs reserves the right to refuse shipment to any jurisdiction, state, territory, or location where shipment is prohibited, restricted, or otherwise deemed inappropriate.
Orders placed from restricted jurisdictions may be cancelled and refunded at Atlas Labs' discretion.
